The Low Bandwidth Mode option allows users who are experiencing bad/unstable network connection during a Remote Assistance call to transmit still images instead of video during their call.
To activate this mode during a connected call:
- One of the users should tap on the settings on the top right corner of the screen.
- Toggle on "Low Bandwidth Mode"
3. Tap "Next" and use the "send icon" to send desired images real time on the call.
