The Low Bandwidth Mode option allows users who are experiencing bad/unstable network connection during a WorkLink Call to transmit still images instead of video during their call.

To activate low bandwidth mode during a connected call:

 

1. Tap on the settings  on the top right corner of the screen.

 

2. Toggle on "Low Bandwidth Mode" and close Settings window.

 

3. You will receive the following message.

 

4. Use the "Get" icon to send images real time during the call.
