The Low Bandwidth Mode option allows users who are experiencing bad/unstable network connection during a Remote Assistance call to transmit still images instead of video during their call.

To activate this mode during a connected call:

1. One of the users should tap on the settings  on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Toggle on "Low Bandwidth Mode"

3. Tap "Next" and use the "send icon" to send desired images real time on the call.
