WorkLink: Initiate a Remote Assistance Call from within an active Scenario View
The video below shows the new user interface of an active scenario view. A user can now initiate a Remote Assistance call/session while actively viewing a scenario/work instruction on the WorkLink App.
In summary:
- We have added a new sub menu "Contact" to the menu options.
- Menu options are invisible when users are already in an active call.
- Without exiting the call, any of the users can load another scenario or reload the same scenario by tapping the scenario icon
- If the call ends while scenario view is active, the scenario view remains active for the user who initiated the call.
- This new functionality has replaced the AR view option/button previously available on the App. You will no longer see the option in WorkLink App version 2.12.8 and above.
