Improvements

• Changed welcome emails for companies that limit CMS access: There is a company setting that prevents users with viewer licenses from accessing the CMS. When these users become new users in the system they receive a welcome email that directs them to the CMS to download the app. This has now been changed to direct these users to the store pages for app downloads.

Bug Fixes

• The author filter for scenarios did not include admin users: The author filter for scenarios did not take into account that an admin user can publish scenarios. This meant that admin users were not included in the available list of users for the author filter. This has now been corrected.
