Introducing WorkLink CMS 3.46.0
We are excited to announce the release of CMS 3.46.0, bringing expanded folder management, new AI-powered analytics capabilities, improved scenario workflows, enhanced QR code management, and important security and reliability improvements.
What's New
Folders Phase 2: CMS Folders has been expanded to provide greater control over Company Assets and personal libraries. Administrators and authors can now browse, upload, and manage content in these libraries directly from CMS, making it easier to organize and maintain assets.
Analytics MCP: Analytics now includes an MCP server, allowing AI tools to connect to the Analytics module programmatically. This enables users to work with AI to create analytics dashboards and graphs, making it easier to explore and visualize their data.
Improved Scenario Sessions for 3D Checklists: The Scenario Sessions interface has been updated to support changes to the 3D Checklists workflow. Scenario session steps that include a 3D Checklists form now display correctly following workflow updates in Create.
Download QR Codes for All Scenario Steps: Authors can now download a ZIP file containing QR codes for every step in a scenario directly from the Select Step screen. This makes it easier to distribute QR codes without having to download each one individually.
Improved GetWorklink Configuration for On-Premises Customers: The
api/v2/application_info.jsonresponse now includes thegetworklink_urlkey. This enhancement helps on-premises customers configure the GetWorklink service URL with a value that the WorkLink App can recognize.Flatirons Company Flag: A new company-level flag has been introduced to control access to the Flatirons PinPoint importer. This feature is available in cloud environments and is hidden in on-premises CMS deployments, allowing the feature to be enabled or managed for specific companies.
Security Enhancements: This release includes security updates addressing vulnerabilities identified across CMS, GetWorklink, and Diagnostic Tools. These improvements strengthen the overall security and reliability of the WorkLink platform.
Bug Fixes
Improved Bulk Asset Deletion: Fixed an issue where bulk deletion of assets could take an extended amount of time and eventually fail. The bulk delete process is now more efficient and reliable.
Cancel All During Import: Fixed an issue where selecting Cancel All during a file import did not stop files from being imported. The import process now correctly stops when Cancel All is selected.
We recommend that customers upgrade to CMS 3.46.0 to take advantage of the latest folder management capabilities, AI-powered analytics enhancements, workflow improvements, and security and reliability updates.
