Introducing WorkLink CMS 3.41.0
We’re pleased to announce the release of CMS 3.41.0, introducing major enhancements to system administration, improved compliance tools, expanded web viewer support, and additional asset library capabilities. This release also includes important fixes for reporting accuracy and web app performance.
New Features
Expanded System Admin Roles and Configuration: This release significantly improves how system administrator access is managed. The previous single system admin role (Scope Admin) has now been expanded into multiple levels of access, enabling clearer assignment, separation of responsibilities, and improved governance.
Downloadable Audit Logs: Audit logs can now be exported directly in CSV and Excel formats. This makes it easier to perform compliance audits, security reviews, and internal reporting using CMS activity data.
Web Viewer Embedding Code Display: CMS now displays the embedding code required to publish and display a scenario inside an embedded web viewer on an external web page, providing quick and convenient access for integration workflows.
Support for TXT and JSON Uploads in the Asset Library: The asset library now supports uploading .txt and .json files. This lays the groundwork for future WorkLink Create enhancements that will allow these file types to be used in scenarios.
Bug Fixes
Session Results Display Issue with Quizzes and Checklists: Fixed an issue where scenarios containing both quizzes and checklists did not display session results correctly on the session page. Results are now shown accurately.
Improved Web App Performance in Incognito Mode: Loading the web app in incognito mode could previously be slow due to unoptimized CMS queries. Performance has now been significantly improved.
This release strengthens administrative control, improves compliance readiness, expands web viewer support, and enhances overall performance.
