The latest release of the WorkLink CMS v3.26.0 comes with several new features and improvements. The highlights are as follows:

 

New Features

Editing Project Metadata

This release supports the ability for admins and authors to edit project metadata which includes the name, but will include other attributes in the future. Changing the name will also change the scenario if there is one published. Note: editing project metadata is not the same as editing the project itself which includes steps, AR trackers, assets, and more.

Project Deletion

This release supports the ability for project owners and administrators to delete projects without also deleting the scenario published from it. Likewise, you can delete the scenario without also deleting the project it was published from.

 

Improvements

Unpublished scenarios no longer appear

Before this release, every time a new project is created in Create an unpublished scenario is displayed in the scenario list on the Content page in the CMS which enabled authors and administrators to delete the project, but now unpublished scenarios will not be listed because projects can be deleted.
