We are excited to announce the latest updates and enhancements to our CMS platform, including new features and a bug fix:
New Features
- Audit trail logs for changes to assets: We are excited to announce the latest updates and enhancements to our CMS platform, including new features and a bug fix.
- Extended the CAD Upload API to specify the library to upload to: Previously the CAD Upload API always uploaded the CAD asset to the personal library of the user that initiated the command. When the API user is an admin user, the asset can now be uploaded to any user’s personal library or the company library.
- Added Azure support to the IdP token authentication: When using IdP token authentication for the Scope API, this release now adds support for using Azure as your IdP.
- Various displays now shows the project size: The file size of the project is now displayed on the projects details page, the project version history, and the project list. This allows for a better understanding of the size of the project and the growth of the project over time.
- Admin users can now recover a deleted project: When a project has been deleted, admin users can now see deleted projects and restore a project in the project list.
- Scenarios and projects can now be shared to groups: Previously scenarios and projects could only be shared to individual users, now they can be shared with entire groups. Both available users and groups are now selectable in the sharing dialog for projects and scenarios.
- Integration of Userflow for user onboarding: This release includes integration of the Userflow software that will be used in future releases to provide user onboarding guidance and tutorials.
- Added support for moving company assets to personal libraries: Support has been added so that WorkLink Create can add a feature to move company assets back to personal libraries. This feature will come in a future release of WorkLink Create.
Bug Fixes
- Viewer users were not seeing the Launch WorkLink Create button: On companies with Create View-Only option enabled, users with the viewer license were supposed to be able to launch into WorkLink Create on the content page. This has now been enabled and made visible in this situation
- The Sign In button stayed disabled when using a password manager: When using a password manager and it populates the username and password, the Sign In button would stay disabled until something was manually entered in one of those fields. This has now been corrected and the form will now detect when a password manager has entered text in the username and password fields and re-validate them to enable the Sign In button.
