We have released a hotfix update (CMS 3.38 U1) to address an urgent issue discovered during our internal testing.

Issue Resolved

A problem was identified where, under specific scenario structures, some session events were missing from recorded data. This issue has now been fully corrected, ensuring that all session events are properly captured going forward.

Additionally, past sessions affected by this issue have been corrected retroactively, so data integrity has been restored for any impacted sessions.

Impact

• This issue was found only in internal testing and was resolved before release to on-premise environments.

• On-prem customers are not affected.

This hotfix ensures consistent and reliable session tracking across all scenarios.
