Introducing WorkLink CMS 3.39.0
We are pleased to announce the release of CMS 3.39.0, which introduces powerful administrative tools, expanded enterprise functionality, and improved management of projects and scenarios.
New Features
Advanced Enterprise Feature Option for On-Prem Server Licenses: When generating on-premise server licenses, administrators now have the option to enable Advanced Enterprise Features. This includes functionality such as IoT services, revision management, RBOP import, webhooks, integrations, CAD upload API commands, and advanced analytics, empowering enterprise customers with greater flexibility and control.
Bulk Sharing and Ownership Transfer of Projects: Administrators and authors can now share or transfer ownership of multiple projects at once. This streamlines project management, especially when team members change or an author transitions responsibilities.
Sort Scenarios by Recent Sessions: A new column can now be displayed in the scenario table showing the most recently run session. Administrators can sort by this field to quickly identify which scenarios are most active, helping track engagement and scenario usage.
GetWorkLink – Launch Deeplinks to the Web App: The GetWorkLink page has been enhanced to allow users to launch deeplinks directly in the WorkLink web app instead of only the mobile app. A new button enables users to open the scenario or catalog in their browser for immediate access.
GetWorkLink – Support for New Deeplink Provider (Airbridge): CMS now supports executing deeplinks using a new third-party provider, Airbridge, replacing the deprecated Grovs integration. The app will fully transition to this provider in its next release, ensuring future reliability and consistency across all platforms.
This release strengthens CMS with enterprise-grade licensing options, smarter content management, and modernized deeplink handling, improving both administrator efficiency and user accessibility.
We encourage all customers to update to CMS 3.39.0 to take advantage of these enhancements.
