Introducing WorkLink CMS 3.38.0
We’re pleased to announce the release of CMS 3.38.0, which introduces powerful enhancements to Advanced Analytics, expanded support for scenario insights, and improvements to web app deeplinks. This release also includes key fixes for more accurate scenario tracking.
New Features
Advanced Analytics – Logs Dataset: A new dataset has been added to Advanced Analytics, providing visibility into analytics logs. This enables administrators to monitor the performance and frequency of queries to the system.
Advanced Analytics – Dashboards Dataset: Advanced Analytics now includes a dataset showing all dashboards authored in the system along with information on who created them, offering more transparency and accountability.
Advanced Analytics – Scenario Names in Work Instruction Sessions Dataset: A new column has been added to the Work Instruction Sessions (Light) dataset, displaying the scenario name for greater clarity in reporting.
Scenario Overview – Create Version Column: The scenario overview table now includes a column for the Create version, providing better tracking of scenario builds across versions.
Web App Deeplink Support: The GetWorkLink page has been updated to allow deeplinks to launch directly into the WorkLink web app instead of defaulting to mobile, improving flexibility and accessibility across platforms.
Bug Fixes
Last Published Date Not Updating: Resolved an issue where the last published date for a scenario did not update correctly when a new version was published by someone other than the original author. This is now consistently tracked.
This release strengthens CMS reporting, improves transparency, and enhances the experience for both administrators and end users. We encourage all customers to explore the new Advanced Analytics datasets and leverage the updated tools for more powerful insights.
