Introducing WorkLink CMS 3.32.0
We are excited to announce the release of CMS 3.32.0, bringing new features, usability enhancements, and expanded API support. This update focuses on improving system visibility, administrative capabilities, and integrations for a more seamless experience.
New Features & Enhancements
-
On-Prem: Display On-Prem Package Version
For on-premise installations, the installed on-prem package version is now displayed alongside the CMS version at the bottom of the navigation panel. This helps server administrators quickly verify the installed version. -
User Creation Date in User Details
The user creation date is now visible in both the user list page (as a new column) and the user details page, providing better tracking and management of user accounts. -
On-Prem: Unauthenticated SMTP Server Support
Some on-premise environments use SMTP servers that do not require authentication. This release introduces a configuration option to allow unauthenticated SMTP server connections when supported by the server. -
Display & Usability Enhancements
Numerous small refinements have been made to the CMS interface, improving readability, clarity, and consistency for a better user experience. -
Expanded Scenario Data Storage for Reporting
Additional scenario details, such as asset size, asset type, and tracker usage, are now stored in the database. This data is available for Metabase reporting, providing deeper insights into scenario usage and asset management. -
Additional API Support for Internal Products
Enhancements to the GraphQL API further support migrating data access from the legacy REST API, improving efficiency and standardization across Scope products.
What’s Next?
This release focuses on improving administrative control, system integrations, and backend efficiencies. Stay tuned for future updates as we continue to enhance the CMS platform.
