Introducing WorkLink CMS 3.33.0
We’re excited to announce the release of CMS 3.33.0, introducing new features that enhance customization, automation, and data management, along with important bug fixes to improve overall usability and performance.
New Features
-
Show, Hide, and Order Table Columns
Users can now customize table views across the CMS by selecting which columns to display and in what order. This feature enables users to focus on relevant data while hiding unnecessary details, enhancing productivity and user experience. -
Automated Demo Scenario Creation for New Companies
A predefined set of demo scenarios is now automatically added to new companies. This provides authors with examples to explore and experiment with, facilitating faster onboarding and learning. -
Indefinite History Retention for Project State Changes
Project state change histories are now stored indefinitely, enabling users to track changes over time without expiration. This is particularly useful for auditing and historical reference. -
Removal of Ping Identity Provider Support
The Ping identity provider service has been removed from the CMS. This was previously an unfinished feature, and the CMS now relies on other more robust identity solutions. -
Expanded GraphQL API Support
New GraphQL API queries and mutations have been added, allowing other Scope AR products to transition from the obsolete REST API. This enhances system efficiency and integration capabilities.
Bug Fixes
- Bulk Invite Now Accepts Duplicate Email Addresses
Previously, bulk invites failed if the same email address was used for multiple users. This restriction has been removed, enabling bulk invites to be sent successfully even when duplicate email addresses are used.
This update brings more flexibility, enhanced integration, and better data management to CMS.
