WorkLink Create: How to create a new and open an existing Project
A project can be described as the authoring file for 3D work instructions that are publishable online or offline to the WorkLink Application. In other words, a project is the Create file.
A scenario is what's commonly referred to when speaking of the published file, the .scope file and end result consumable to a viewer on the WorkLink app.
How to Create a New Project
On the Welcome Screen
Click/Tap on the "New Project" box on the right hand corner of the Welcome Screen.

You can create a new project from within any project using the “File” drop down menu.
How to Open an Existing Project
On the Welcome Screen
Double click the project and choose to open a newer Auto-save version or a manually saved version. You can also right click and select open to choose the version of the project to open.

You can load an existing project from within an open project using the “File” drop down menu.
Note:

All projects are auto-saved every 10 mins, this setting can be adjusted under Edit > Preferences.

The items listed under Manual saves are the different versions of a project saved each time the author clicks "Save Project" under the File Menu. This feature makes it possible to save multiple versions of a scenario.

When opening a project, you can see that the project has a direct unique URL. You can use this URL to directly open a project and bypass the Welcome Screen. When you want to share your project with other users, using this URL, please make sure upfront that the project is shared with these users in the share dialog, or they will not be able to access the project.
