Introducing WorkLink CMS 3.35.0
We’re excited to announce the release of CMS 3.35.0, introducing powerful new analytics capabilities, enhanced user access controls, and foundational support for upcoming features in Create and the WorkLink web viewer.
New Features
- Advanced Analytics Portal: A new Advanced Analytics portal has been added, enabling Scope to deliver richer, more detailed reporting and providing customers with tools to customize their own reports for deeper insight into usage and performance.
- Scoped Session Access for Analysts: Analyst users now only see sessions for the groups they belong to, enhancing data privacy and ensuring that users have access only to relevant session information within their scope.
- Support for Major/Minor Project Revisions: In preparation for an upcoming Create feature, this release adds CMS support for distinguishing between major and minor project revision requests - enabling more granular content review and update workflows.
- Support for Upcoming Web Viewer Integration: Foundational support for the upcoming WorkLink web viewer has been implemented, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility as new viewing capabilities roll out.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved Conflicting Deeplink Shortcodes: Fixed an issue where deeplink shortcodes could potentially conflict, causing incorrect scenarios or catalogs to load. This has now been addressed to ensure reliable deep linking.
This release strengthens CMS capabilities in analytics, security, and upcoming platform interoperability. We encourage all administrators and content managers to explore the new analytics portal and prepare for the enhancements coming with future Create and web viewer updates.
