Introducing WorkLink App 2.20.0
We are excited to announce the latest release of the App, bringing a host of new features, improvements, and bug fixes to enhance your user experience. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect in WorkLink App Version 2.20.0:
New Features
- Catalog Names: Previously, when loading a catalog, the catalog list would display Public Catalog or Private Catalog as the name above all the scenarios. Now, it displays the external name of the catalog, making it easier to determine which catalog you are viewing. This is optional so it will default to either Public Catalog or Private Catalog when not set.
- Scenario UI improvements: Previously scenarios that have forms, quizzes, or attachments had tabs on the right side of the screen when minimized. Now, these are accessible via icons in the upper-left corner of the screen clearing space on the right side for viewing more content.
- Demo Scenario usability improvements: Previously, accessing Demo Scenarios from the login menu did not allow users to easily navigate back to the login menu. They had to go to Settings and then log out. Now, users can simply select the < icon to go back to the login menu.
- Adjustable AR object tracker improvements (Mobile only): Previously, when aligning to real objects with an AR tracker during content placement, users could only rotate the line model around a single axis at a time which was restrictive and made it challenging to make adjustments. This release now adds a two-finger gesture that will allow for the line model to be rotated around multiple axes at once, providing the degree of free movement, thus easier to align.
Bug Fixes
- Login Issue on UWP with Invalid Characters: We've addressed a critical bug where login fails on Windows when the username contains invalid characters. Your login process is now more robust and error-free.
Upgrade to Version 2.20.0 today to take advantage of these exciting new features, improvements, and bug fixes. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to providing you with an even better user experience in the future.
