The latest release of the WorkLink CMS v3.27.0 comes with several new features and improvements. The highlights are as follows:

New Features

Scenario Sharing

This release adds much more flexibility in managing scenarios:

• New ability for administrators and authors to share scenarios with other users with scenario licenses in the company
• There are now different types of access: Owner, Editor, and Viewer:
  • Owners can view, edit, share, and delete scenarios. And there can be more than one.
  • Editors can only view and edit scenarios. This includes metadata such as the name and description, but not the scenario file itself.
  • Viewers can only view scenarios in the app.
• When share settings are updated, an audit log event is logged for traceability.
• More improvements with regards to seeing the origin group in the shared settings and removing the Also Published To field when editing the Scenario are coming soon!

Project Sharing

This release also adds much more flexibility in managing projects from the CMS itself:

• New ability for administrators and authors to share projects with other users in the company.
• Sharing projects with groups and setting the different levels of access is coming soon!
